Curry king Jimmy Servai is the latest evictee from the MasterChef kitchen.

Nearly two and a half million Australians tuned in to watch the remaining four contestants each cook three dishes to represent the cookbook they hope to publish, should they be crowned this year's 'MasterChef.'

Jimmy declared his cookbook would be called 'Flavours From My Home,' in tribute to his family.

'Soapy' is probably not one of the flavours he had in mind, but sadly, that was how the judges described his poached prawns in a garam masala bisque.

An overcooked crispy skin duck and a delicious, but sloppy, chai latte brûlée weren't enough to save him from his fate.

With Adam Liaw and Callum Hann having been declared safe, Claire Winton burn survived another scare to edge returnee Jimmy out of the competition once more - this time for good.

(...Probably.)
